Whenever you attack the enemy on your turn while under the Thunderer state, decreases its Attack Bar by 10% and increases the duration of the Thunderer state by 1 turn with a 25% chance. Falls under the Thunderer state that enhances your skills for 3 turns and instantly gains another turn. While under the Thunderer state, your Attack Power increases by 100%.
