This effect can tie one target at a time, and gets untied if either the tied enemy or you get defeated. It does not apply to boss battles.
Removes all beneficial effects of all enemies (boss excluded) and grants one to two random effects for 2 turns among Decrease Defense, Decrease Attack Speed and Increase Chance of Landing a Glancing Hit. Afterwards, guaranteed to exchange the Attack Bar status of them with each other at random.
