Attacks all enemies 3 times to decrease the Defense, increase their chances of landing a glancing hit and disturb their HP recovery for 2 turns with a 50% chance.

Increases the Attack Bar of all allies by 30%, increases their Attack Power for 3 turns, and creates a Shield for 3 turns. The Shield amount is proportionate to your level.
